Clicking on a buy button for an item gives a screen which explains the ways to place an order. Whichever option you use I will then advise you if it is a stock item or to be made to order, confirm the terms and conditions that will apply and give you an estimated delivery date. Every effort will be made to supply this information within 24 hours.
At that stage you may either cancel the order or confirm it by sending me a cheque for the full amount (which includes postage and packing) and let me know a delivery address.
Please note that I am not able to export items. Payments must be made by cheque in pounds sterling and the delivery address must be in the United Kingdom.
Stock items will be despatched on receipt of cleared funds.
When an item is individually made to order the distance selling regulations do not apply. In this case an item may only be returned for a refund if it is faulty. You will be advised at the time payment is requested whether an item is being made to order and may cancel the order instead of sending payment.
Items made to order will not be made until receipt of cleared funds.
When an item is delivered a signature will be required.
Please be aware that due to the limitations of colour representation on computer displays actual item colours will vary from that shown. Yarn samples can be provided for some items before purchase if required.
All items are either unique or only made in small numbers, and after a sale it is not possible to update the website immediately. Thus it is possible that you may ask to buy an item that has already been sold; if so please accept my apologies.
